A Little Laughter and Night Music

 Lake Players presented “Laundry and Bourbon” by James McLure and “I’m Herbert” by Robert Anderson,two one act comedies. A mixture of some good folk, jazz, and blues was performed between the two comedies.


“Laundry and Bourbon”

On a hot summer day, three women from Maynard, Texas are sitting on a porch talking about the past and gossiping about the many open secrets that are so much a part of small town while folding laundry, watching TV, and sipping bourbon and Coke.
