The Program

Relax after a day at the lake with a program of great music that includes such classical favorites as

  • Beethoven's great sonata for violin and Piano in A Minor, Opus 23
  • The Gershwin/Heifetz Three Preludes
  • Spring from "The Four Seasons" in versions by both Antonio Vivaldi and by Astor Piazzolla
  • Massenet's Meditation from "Thais"
  • World-premiere duo compositions for violin and piano by Maestro Wiley
  • And much more.
The program will last about two hours.

Tickets

Tickets are only $20 and go on sale July 17. They can be purchased at the Smith Mountain Lake Visitor’s Center located at Bridgewater Plaza just south of the Halesford Bridge, or by mailing your check and self-addressed, stamped envelope to SMAC, PO Box 70, Moneta, VA 24121. You are urged to reserve your seats early. Last year's summer concert with Maestro Wiley and friends was an early sell-out.
