Two ways to enroll your child in the Arts Camp:
Method 1 - Online
- Fill out the form below. (For more than 1 child, the form must be completed and submitted separately for each child.)
- After all the appropriate form fields are filled, hit the Submit Enrollment Application button.
- Submit payment with PayPal or credit card (bottom of page).
Method 2 - By mail
- Download the enrollment form here. (For more than 1 child, the form must be completed and submitted separately for each child.)
- Print and fill out the downloaded form.
- Mail the completed form and a check for the appropriate amount to:
