Arts Camp 2024 Enrollment

Two ways to enroll your child in the Arts Camp:

Method 1 - Online

Fill out the form below. (For more than 1 child, the form must be completed and submitted separately for each child.)
After all the appropriate form fields are filled, hit the Submit Enrollment Application button.
Submit payment ($50) with PayPal or credit card (bottom of page).

Method 2 - By mail

Download the enrollment form here. (For more than 1 child, the form must be completed and submitted separately for each child.)
Print and fill out the downloaded form.
Mail the completed form and a check for $50 to:

Enrollment week Jul 29 - Aug 2.
We are offering three classes to your child for the week. You may rank the five classes listed and we will try to assign your child to their three favorites. Please assign a number (below) for all of these classes. Select favorite class with #1, next favorite #2, etc. Each child will receive a schedule of classes on the first day of camp.

** Use of cell phone camera is ok. Other cameras welcomed.

Parent Statement

I would like to assist with this camp by attending and helping.

I would like to assist with this camp by supporting my child’s works.

I will encourage my child by asking them questions about their camp experience, picking up and dropping them off each day.
